Customer &
Aircraft Profiles

The customer profile shows all important customer details, including all work orders created in the system for the customer. Aircraft profiles can be created along with engines and propellers as applicable. While the aircraft is easily transferrable between customers, work orders created for the aircraft will stay with that aircraft regardless of the owner. Similarily the customer shall retain copy of any work orders created for them, regardless of the aircraft or current ownership.

  • Quickly create a new aircraft and assign it to the customer
  • Engines and Propellers may be added to the aircraft, however no tracking is performed on customer aircraft

Library &
Records Storage

Upload your company manuals into the system to allow employees instant access to the data they need.

  • Upload unlimited documents, spreadsheets, pdfs and images for instant company wide access
  • Optionally assign your upload to the Work Order shortcut menu for quick access
  • Employee profiles include the information that Transport Canada likes to see for personnel records.
  • Fully manage employee ACA's and Licenses, with expiry dates to prevent a maintenance release from being made with outdated training or an expired license

  • Birthdays are displayed to all users when they login on someone's special day

Quality Control

Fully integrated into the Work Orders, this module is designed for easy audit finding management.

  • Capture findings and assign them to a user
  • Email notifications and in-system notifications will tell the user when findings have been assigned
  • Links included in the email will give access to the corrective action upload portal
  • Corrective Actions allow written corrections with optional uploads for file submission
  • Metrics can be used for an employee incentive program

Inventory Management

  • Parts Requisitions that can be ordered for stock or assigned directly to a task

Frequently Ask Questions

What is the refund policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let us know right away, as we aim to improve through customer feedback and welcome the advice. If you would like to claim a refund within a reasonable amount of time, we are willing to refund at a maximum, the full amount of the most recent payment cycle.

Is it really unlimited; what's the catch?

Yes. If we say it's unlimited, that's exactly what we mean. We don't want you to hit a wall in productivity because you don't have enough aircraft available in your subscription.

Do you accept credit cards?

We will gladly accept your money in almost any form, including by credit card.

How long is this price guaranteed for?

We promise to honor the original price for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. New features released after the subscription date will be packaged and made available to purchase as an upgrade, resetting the 2 year guarantee at the new price!

What if we have an idea for your software?

We believe strongly in the value of the user experience to determine our development path. New ideas are very welcomed and always considered.

Where is our data stored, is it secure?

Your data is secured with a third party vendor who specializes in operating the most up to date and secure servers available. Automatic weekly backups are securely stored for a 30 day cycle.

Who owns the data that I store and/or upload to one of the PAMS Network servers?

You do.

What happens if I find a "bug"?

It's embarrassing, but it happens sometimes. Please send us an email with all the details you can provide and we will get it patched right away.

How does the pricing model work?

Quite simply, it's based on how many hours the software will save an AMO every month in productivity. With skilled labour being harder and harder to get, finding ways to free up the resources you already have is the easiest way to bring your shop back up to production. The PAMS AMO software will save your company at least 2-3 hours every month, and with the average fixed wing AMO shop rate at $115/hour, even our top tier subscription price is going to be more than offset by the increase in billable hours.
