Customer &
Aircraft Profiles

The customer profile shows all important customer details, including all work orders created in the system for the customer. Aircraft profiles can be created along with engines and propellers as applicable. While the aircraft is easily transferrable between customers, work orders created for the aircraft will stay with that aircraft regardless of the owner. Similarily the customer shall retain copy of any work orders created for them, regardless of the aircraft or current ownership.

  • Quickly create a new aircraft and assign it to the customer
  • Engines and Propellers may be added to the aircraft, however no tracking is performed on customer aircraft

Records Storage

Upload your company manuals into the system to allow employees instant access to the data they need.

How do you handle subscription price adjustments?

We implement scheduled price reviews every 2 years to ensure our software continues to deliver exceptional value while supporting ongoing development.

Your subscription price is guaranteed to remain unchanged for a full 2-year period from your initial purchase or most recent upgrade date. This provides you with predictable costs for budgeting purposes.

When a scheduled price adjustment occurs, it reflects both the additional features we've developed since the previous pricing cycle and the current market value of our software.

Please note that upgrading to a higher subscription tier resets your 2-year price guarantee period from the date of your upgrade. Early renewals or subscription downgrades will not delay scheduled price adjustments—your regular price review will still occur as originally scheduled.

What is the refund policy?
